Mina’s Picnic provides picnic setup and styling for special celebrations. Here are the details to consider when planning your event, from your guest count to your preferred theme.
Before choosing your package, decide what you are celebrating and how many people you expect to attend.
For a birthday, share the guest of honor’s preferred colors and your styling ideas. For a baby shower, tell us the theme you have in mind. For an anniversary or family gathering, consider the details that would make the occasion meaningful to your group.
Confirm your expected guest count with us before booking. Review the number of people included in your selected package and any additional-person charges shown in the booking form.

Check what is included in your package before choosing optional additions. Our booking form lists available extras, such as balloon garlands, fresh flower bouquets, and decorative signs, with their current prices.
If your package includes a personalized chalkboard, prepare the message you would like displayed. A name, birthday greeting, or short message can add a personal touch to your setup.
Mina’s Picnic specializes in picnic setup and styling. We do not provide meals or alcoholic beverages.
Complimentary water and juice or lemonade are provided. An optional charcuterie package is available upon request for an additional charge.
If you plan to bring a birthday cake or arrange food separately, discuss this with us beforehand so we can answer questions about the setup. Bring any serving items you need that are not included in your selected package.
Choose a time that works for your guests, then consider the moments you want to include, such as taking photos, sharing birthday wishes, or presenting a surprise.
If you are arranging a photographer, share the schedule with us. For a surprise celebration, let us know your arrival plans so we can discuss how to coordinate the setup.

Remind guests to wear suitable footwear and bring any personal items they need for time outdoors, such as sunscreen or insect repellent.
