The right location depends on what you are planning. Before choosing, consider these details:
Your occasion: Tell us whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, baby shower, proposal, or spending time with family and friends. This helps us understand the atmosphere and styling you would like.
Your guests: Share your expected guest count and any seating or accessibility needs. Discussing these details in advance helps us assess the arrangements for your group.
Your date: If you are considering Altamonte Cranes Roost Park, choose a weekday. For all locations, check availability before inviting guests or making other arrangements.
Your budget: Include your selected package, location charges, and optional additions when planning your total. Daytona Beach carries an additional $200 location fee.

Mina’s Picnic specializes in picnic setup and styling. We do not provide meals or alcoholic beverages.
We provide complimentary water and juice or lemonade. An optional charcuterie package is available upon request for an additional charge.
