Our picnic packages are brimming with delightful inclusions. The standard package encompasses a Picnic Table, Pillows, Rugs, Florals and Candles, Utensils, Ice Bucket, Decorative Vases, Chalkboard, Portable Fan with Battery, JBL Bluetooth Speaker, Games, Tripod, Bottle Opener, Full Set, and Cleanup services. Furthermore, we offer the flexibility to customize the scene with additional objects, tailoring it precisely to our clients’ unique desires.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, if the weather takes a turn before the scene is set, we are more than willing to reschedule for a future date after consulting with the client.
However, if the weather changes during the picnic after the scene is set, regrettably, we are unable to alter the situation. As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer a discount for the client’s next reservation.
If the weather conditions become unfavorable before setting the scene, and the client opts not to reschedule, the down payment will be deemed nonrefundable.
We regret to inform you that we do not offer catering services for our valued clients. However, we do provide a delectable and delightful charcuterie plate, along with a selection of non-alcoholic beverages to enhance your picnic experience.
Regarding guest capacity, we can accommodate up to 20 people at once. However, it’s essential to notify us at least one week in advance for smooth arrangements. In case of any specific additional requirements not currently in our storage, we kindly request a two-week prior notice to ensure we can fulfill your desires seamlessly.
We absolutely adore pets, and we welcome them to our picnic locations. However, clients are kindly requested to adhere to any city and park rules governing the presence of pets during the event.
When you reserve a date with us, it’s exclusively closed for you, limiting availability for others. Please choose your date thoughtfully. Upon selecting a date, a downpayment of half the total price is required. Refunds are applicable only if the picnic is canceled at least 3 days prior to the chosen date.

It is crucial that clients adhere to all rules and regulations of the parks and cities where our picnics are held. By confirming a reservation with us, clients acknowledge their responsibility and commitment to obeying all relevant rules and laws.
Certainly! We allow rescheduling or modifications to your picnic booking up to 3 days before the selected date. We understand that preferences may change, and we’re here to accommodate. Clients can request additions or removals of items to tailor the experience to their liking. For any additions not currently in our inventory, we appreciate advance notice to ensure we can fulfill the request seamlessly.

Certainly! Yes, most parks, lakesides, and beaches, where we host our picnics, offer convenient parking for clients. Generally, clients should encounter no issues. It’s worth noting that a few parks may charge a small fee for parking.
